Restylane® Fillers
Restylane®, a Galderma product, is a family of hyaluronic acid fillers, used to sculpt, volumize, enhance and balance facial features. A physical exam will determine which product in the filler line, is best for your desired goal, based on your anatomy. Hyaluronic acid is a product that your body naturally produces and breaks down overtime, therefore Restylane® can last from months to years, depending on many factors, such as metabolism and the molecular makeup of the product. I advise all patients to discontinue blood thinning agents, such as alcohol, advil, ibuprofen, fish oils etc, (unless otherwise directed by your physician), 3 days before your treatment. I also recommend starting an oral arnica product 3 days prior as well. These steps help minimize bruising, swelling and downtime.
It is best to plan your filler 2 weeks before any event.

Dysport®/Botox®
Dysport®, like Botox®, is a neuromodulator that works to smooth and relax frown lines.
In my clinic, my preferred anti-wrinkle treatment is Dysport®. I have found, clinically, that it kicks in quicker than traditional Botox®. Dysport® results last longer for some and also has a better price point for patients.
All treatments are customized to your needs and anatomy. Actual dosage and pricing will be determined upon physical exam, as each patient requires an individualized dose.
It is best to plan your anti-wrinkle treatment 2 weeks before any event. Dysport® is also a product of Galderma. This means that the Aspire Galderma rewards you receive with each treatment, can be used interchangeably for both your Dysport® and Restylane® treatments, for better savings!

SkinPen® microneedling
Microneedling addresses acne scars, fine lines, skin texture, skin tone and overall improvement of your skin. Using the SkinPen®, I create controlled, microinjuries to the tissue, which signals your cells to increase collagen and elastin production! This process takes about 30 days (though, I find many patients enjoy glowing skin soon after their treatment). My recommendation aligns with the FDA in using a series of three treatments. The treatments are spaced 30 days apart, with maintenance treatments scheduled approximately every 6 months. Downtime is minimal and you can be back in makeup after 24 hours. Add topical Dysport® to further improve results, such as, minimizing pore size!
Vi Peel®
The best way to rid the damage of summer and sun is with a mid-depth chemical peel. My favorite peel in this category is the VI Peel®.
The Vi Peel® fights against fine lines, sun spots, poor skin texture and melasma!
Your peel is applied in office and the whole process takes about 20 minutes.
The peel cycle takes approximately 7 days, often with the most peeling occurring days 3-6.
Sun avoidance and high intensity sweating and heat should be avoided during the peeling period and sun protection after your peel is imperative as your new skin has a higher risk for burning in the following weeks.
A Vi Peel® can be repeated monthly for 3 months depending on the amount of damage there is to your skin and your desired results. I recommended an annual peel to maintain your fresh, glowing skin.
Radiesse®
Radiesse® or calcium hydroxyapatite, is my favorite biostimulatory injectable. Radiesse is used to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin while also providing volume, depending on the dilution of the product.
My preference for Radiesse® is to use it in a hyperdilute form, to improve the texture and skin quality of the face, neck and décolleté.
Often a series of treatments is recommended followed by 6-12 month maintenance. I also often combine Radiesse® in a package which may include an HA filler ( Restylane®), neurotoxin( Dysport®), or microneedling ( SkinPen®). The combination of these treatments provides the ultimate rejuvenation and most natural, comprehensive results.
